SOLD - Diptych Alcohol Ink Abstract

I spent a couple of months just trying to get these balanced the way I felt looked just right.
They are 2 pieces The go magnificently together on gallery cradled wood.
I used my favourite colour palate w alcohol inks in abyss green, agate blue, blue green, Rainforest green, Lime green, Napole yellow, Sapphire blue, & white.
Once nice & dry, I added pieces of gold leaf in an abstract manner, Then finally I layered w art resin for that glass coat look. Once they cured, I had to sand them & create a new layer on top using the same colors & gold leaf in new areas, then resin again, wait for curing, sand & I repeated this process at least 3 times.
You can see how doing this technique gave these abstract pieces so much depth.
The gold leaf underneath many layers of resin and alcohol ink was definitely a good call.
They're quite heavy so I apologize for the expensive shipping. You will see, they were worth it once in your home.
